Once you have all of the pieces, you return to Nozdormu to pick up the final quest, Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy, for a short scenario. You then embark on a questline which has you recover memories that are needed to recreate parts of the weapon, complete group content, and interact with crafters to create the pieces you need. It turns out that Nozdormu has been busy researching Oathbinder and your Cracked Titan Gem is just what he needed to complete his project. The Cracked Titan Gem begins the quest Neltharion's Legacy which takes you to back to Valdrakken to meet up with Nozdormu. This drop is personal push loot and will automatically start the quest, meaning you can't trade it to a Evoker friend.
The exact drop chance of the item is unknown but the higher the difficulty that you kill him on, the higher the chance of a drop. The Nasz'uro Legendary weapon starts by obtaining the Cracked Titan Gem which drops off of Scalecommander Sarkareth in the Aberrus raid.
